Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Manager to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time inside management position..

Qualifications

At least 2 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of success
At least 3 years of personal sales experience, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and results
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and innovation

A competitive salary with a starting base of $85,000-$105,000
Monthly bonus opportunity with a total combined earning potential upwards of $130,000+

Responsibilities

Be the driving force behind sales strategies, team development, and customer satisfaction
Be part of the core leadership team of the company, working on strategy and business development directly with the owners
Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-home sales team to achieve and exceed goals, fostering a high-energy, results-focused atmosphere
Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
Set ambitious sales targets and motivate the team to reach them
Create an environment of growth and continuous improvement by leading engaging training sessions
Conduct one-on-ones, encouraging continuous improvement and a positive work environment
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship
Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent who share our commitment to customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other members of the sales staff to create a top notch sales organization
